Can someone list sample cutting diets...

I just wanted to see what cutting diets worked for members. What's your cutting diet looks like?
 
Cutting diet

6:00 AM - 2 scoops Bioplex Pure Whey with flax seed oil

7:30 AM - 2 scrambled eggs and 8 oz OJ

9:30 AM - 1 Nitrotech bar

12:00 Noon - 7 oz tuna

3:00 PM - 1 Nitromax bar

6:00 PM - 3 scoops Bioptech Pure whey


This is a rough diet, but you won't go crazy. The fats help a lot, especially tha flax seed oil. The only real carbs are the OJ. I'm also 6'3" so the calories may seem high. Bioplex Pure Whey is a great protein mix because it mixes like nothing. Just mix it with water and shake, really!

270 grams protein
64 grams carbs
25 grams fat
 
my total for everything is:
400 grams protein
200 grams carbs
60 grams fat

I don't know the cals, but you can add. No it's not cutting, it's maintaining.
 
<------ 6'2" 235.. BF..12% Guessing.. That diet above, I would starve and have nightmares..
 
You can just cut cals and lose if you are not down to visible abs yet, but if you have abs and are stuck, try....

4-8wks of:

2.0g carb per lb of LBM you have ED
0.6g carb per lb of LBM you have ED
0.3g carb per lb of LBM you have ED

*keep in mind "lb of LBM you have" is NOT the same as lb...

Carbs are nothing but potatoes, rice, veg, or oatmeal... apple post workout on gym days (counts against daily carbs, though)... no cheat days...

Has worked for me and am starting again soon... will post pics and results...
 
My diet has looked like this for the past 4 weeks:

Meal 1: Protien Shake, cup of oatmeal, multi-vits, ephedra, caffiene, creatine, glutamine

Meal 2: 6oz Piece of chicken, protien shake

Meal 3: Protien Shake, Amino Acids, Glutamine, Creatine

Meal 4: Protien Shake, powdered Gatorade, creatine, Glutamine

Meal 5: 1lb of 95% lean hamburger, Handful of EFA's

Meal 6: 6 ounces of chicken and Protien Shake


Meal 7: 1 can of Tuna

I do seven meals because I rely so heavily on protien shakes.

But.. in the last 4 weeks my weight has dropped from 256lbs to 241lbs with no muscle loss and minimal strength loss, but as recently as yesterday my body has begun to acclimate to the nutrition and my strength started to increase. I am a lot stronger when I am eating carbs.
 
Here is my last cutting cycle keto diet

Keto starting at 13 cals/scale and working may down to 10 cals/scale weight based on LBM.

This diet is crazy bro. You're surviving basicly on meal-replacements. That is bad news. You have to add a few meals.
 
bubbala, i would starve to death and lose all muscle on that diet brother.

you need alot more whole foods bro

...damn ...that is only 1561 kcals...even when i cut in still take in over 2000 kcals/day...with only bout 1500 kcals/day, i would wither up and blow away

Shoot! That IS restrictive. At 112lbs my diet still comes out at about 2200 cals a day, just to maintain. :confused:
