Can us of HCG cause cancer?

I like turtles.
Water can cause cancer. That guy is talking about a very specific attribute based on a study with existing cancer cells. I don't have much time atm to do much digging, but some studies show HCG to have protective effects, not necessarily carcinogenesis.

Slightly off topic but fun fact: High levels of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) usually indicate a symptom of testicular cancer. Naturally that is. If your hCG levels are spiked naturally, not because of injection. However if you are injecting and happen to get a blood test by your doc that finds the high levels, he will suspect you have testicular cancer.
