Can you filter out a stopper piece?

A piece of the stopper is floating around my test e. It is a 10mL vial with 250mg/mL. What would be the easiest and most sterile way to filter this.

Even if you draw it up, injecting it is pretty unlikely, especially if you use a 25G pin. For me, when the piece gets in the syringe, it never even tries to go through the pin. When I'm done injecting, it remains in that little bit of oil that you can't inject.

Thank you guys, I'm using a 25g pin. So it shouldn't be a problem. Just wanted to check.
