Sorry for the delay in answering your question. Your question was do I use Anavar? No, no I don't but do not get discouraged it takes time for the fat to come off it didnt come on overnight and it wont come off overnight as well or as fast as you want it too.
I should know being overweight myself at one time in my life after having my last child and he was 2 yrs old and I was overweight and not happy with myself for letting it get out of control.
I decided it was time too do something about it and quit blame oh its cause I had a baby....No, it was cause I was eating a lot of food high in calories and fat, and I knew this cause my last two children are 21 months apart and after my second child was born I was back close to my normal wt pretty quickly but it wasn't until my third child that I kept eating and eating unhealthy food and drinking soda like it was water.
By adjusting my eating habit and stopping soda consumption and excersing at home I was able to lose 24 lbs bringing my weight back down to 112lbs...then I joined a gym and the rest is history.
If ya feel that it is necessary to add anavar after cleaning up your diet and you have given it your all and including exercising and doing cardio and still not losing then maybe try a nutritionist to help look at your diet changes and see if there isnt something your missing and also get some lab work done. Ya never know there might be a underlying medical issue such as a thyroid problem causing you not to be able to lose weight.
Using anavar might not be the answer to your quest but if you insist on trying it just make sure you do all your homework when lookin into using any substance.
Have an awesome day and I wish you the best in your life and weight loss.
