You can overdose on anything. Steroids, air, water, etc... Not at the typical cycling doses unless you have a preexisting condition that would adversely interact.
Start low to gauge your body's response. Higher doses yield higher side effects. Most users are unable to manage serum levels at the lowest doses possible, much less high doses. Understanding blood levels and results is vital prior to even considering steroids.

So in other words I should be fine if I bump up my dosage on my cycle if I'm not seeing much results after week 6?
