Cannot Pay?

i am having a similar problem except with my normal visa card, it says 'gateway error, transaction has been declined' once i have all the information filled out, really frustrating and i'm just located in canada so not sure what the problem is, any feedback would be great

Your card was declined. There's something that needs to be corrected.

I'm having a problem paying with my personal debit card, which has NEVER thrown an address error anywhere else. Saying gateway AVS error - address mismatch. I've checked all fields several times, they are all good.

Any help is much appreciated, I would prefer not to go to the competition.

Contact customer service service@rui-products.com Include name and error message.

type address and name exactly as it appears on your CC statement. Simple as that people....

Got it to work via desktop, dunno if mobile was throwing issues. smh.
