Order Problem with Credit Card - Visa (Germany)

Hello guys, maybe a bit off topic and Im sorry for that.

But I want to order asap from RUI because of what I read that they offer great product quality.

I placed my order and want to buy via VISA CREDIT CARD. But by the end of the payment process I always get an error with AVS... never had any problem with this before?


Are Germany credit cards not accepted??

I really need some help with this....

I would contact RUI. I hear their cust serv is top notch...able and willing to help. Will prob save u time n aggravation.

You need to contact your bank and make sure the AVS address match. Otherwise, you will not be able to put in an order.

Should it work with every credit card from Germany to get this AVS match working? Will call my bank tomorrow.

Any credit card from any country needs avs matching.

Just phoned with my bank and they told me that German credit cards like visa or MasterCard do not support this. They said that if its possible to order from you via international bank transfer or disable for my order the AVS matching. I emailed you already directly with this problem and I hope that we can find a solution.

Sorry about your trouble but these are set in place to prevent fraud but, unfortunately, the honest people have to suffer because of it.

no friends or so have American Express... because I've heard that are the only ones that can serve the AVS Matching

I would send you the money before the order if you want via internation transfer or so?

Customer service will get back to you but it's a Monday and they're dealing with all of the emails over the weekend.
