You know when you train your chest, back, legs etc. and the day after it feels sore? I get this with what ever i train except my shoulders for some reason I cant get my caps to hurt is this just me or do alot of people have the same problem?
Yeah I know this but is there any reason why my shoulders dont hurt after workouts like every other body part? I love shoulders and I kick the ass outta them every wednesday.
you taking creatine? def makes you not feel sore after a workout. if you are going at your limits, and doing the excersizes properly, and making gains, then its not a problem.
