I actually added my tuna with an omelet tonight pretty fucking banging, thanks for the help fellas

try adding tuna to some salad, or a can of veggies, heat with tuna and shredded cheese, a tunafish sandwich, or make an omelette, and throw some tuna in there, theres a million ways

Tuna with cheese toasted up in a pita pocket is good. Like a tuna melt.

the cat i opted to eat rather than open another can of tuna some 3 months ago,,, dont go thinking i'm not feeling your pain.

One can of tuna and mix it in with a cup or so of orange juice, blend it and drink..doesn't taste to bad at all and your getting some good nutrients from the orange juice as well
