ok , basically i was told to up my kcals to around 2700 i got them up to around 2600, and over the last 6 months i havn't changed a bit. the main problem is getting rid of the last few pounds, i've even started to drop my kcals down a bit to see if that helped but with no. For the last 6 moths i've been following a diet similar to the one above as mentioned in my previous posts i went to a nutritionst who turned out to be inept at best, and well basically i'm traing hard and eating what i think is reasnoably well without seeing any results.

I spoke to someone on another board and thought i might be insulin tollerant but i don't really eat that much carbs and another theory flying around was that i might have high oestrgen levels, since i've noticed on my arms and legs i seem to be getting more vascular while my stomach has grown by 1 cm, again it could be from water as i was told it was too much so i was thinking about dropping it down to 4 litres.

Anyway if anyone could give me amy info on what i'm doing wrong or what i might be able to do i would be grateful.

oh yeah my stats are

6'1"
220 lbs
17 - 18% BF
21 yo

which veggies are you eating in the pm. want to make sure they are green leafy. what is your cardio look like? i eat the oatmeal with meal 1. not sure that is the prob. i doubt it. you'll get more assistance here. oh and the prob is not water intake. do not reduce the water intake. now you may be holding water due to sodium.

thanks for such a quick reply,
i'm eating mixed veggies like carrots, brocolli, green beans,
but latley i've been eating slalad mainly carrott, red cabbage, lettuce
with olive oil, and vinegar dressing.

I s'pose my sodium intake could be lower i'll try dropping it i sometimes use soy sauce ontop of the grilled steak.

as for cardio i depends i have fallen arches so when i don't have shin splints i run for like 30 mins 3 - 4 times a week when i have the shin splints i walk for about 30 - 40 mins 5 times a week.

do you have access to an elliptical trainer. i have the shin splint issues and that has never been an issue on the elliptical for me anyway.

good luck
