I've always had big nipples anyway, but usuall I don't have this much fat behind them. I attached a pic, what do you guys think? You can see there some fat building up around it but I don't have any bumps and there not sore or anything. Thanks guys.

Can't really tell. Nip looks a little puffy but mine do that all the time. What's your cycle looks like? Any probs with gyno before?

Looks like it man be starting, are they sore/sensitive, if you lift your arm over your head can you beel a lump or anything forming behind it? If so start Nolvadex at 40mg ED until sensitivity subsides then run 20mg ED for the rest of your cycle.

The way I do it is, flex your chest and rub around your nipple area. You will most likely feel a funky pain, extreme sensitivity, or a slight lump forming. Either one of those could be gyno starting. I would start by hitting up 40mg Nolva for a few days, then take it down to 30 for a few, then stay at 20mg through the cycle as well as pct.

I just looked at your picture again and wanted to ask a few questions because you do look too young and don't muscularly developed to be doing cycles. (I'm not flaming you, just being honest) So, is this happening naturally, or are you on a cycle?

I'm 23 - my chest is not very developed, can't figure out why it won't get much bigger. But I can see where you coming from thinking that. There not sore at all, and i've always had a lump behind them since i can remember.

So i'm getting the impression that this is puberty gyno from childhood, and that you are not on a cycle. If so, a bunch of people have it, and I would just take 10mg-20mg a day of Nolva for a while and see if it does anything. If not, then I doubt it will ever clear up, and usualy surgery is a good option if it really bothers you.

Does it depend on the individual person for this sort of gyno to clear up, cause I believe I have some and never done a cycle. I'm wondering if Nolva would help. Chance are I'll have to try it to find out right?

That is true...some Bros have Puberty Gyno resolved with Nolva, many others have to have it removed via surgery.

Try 40-60mg of Nolva for about a month to see if it subsides. If it does, then cut back to 20mg daily for about another month. If it does not react/subside with Nolva, then you could try Andractim cream...a DHT androgen topical cream that you apply to the nipple & chest area. Many Bros have had success with it. If all this fails, then surgery is your only hope.

As a side note: Many Bros that have gyno are also carrying too much bodyfat, and after cutting up, watching their diet, and losing pure bodyfat, the gyno is reduced significantly or goes away altogether. How many fat guys have you seen on the street with man-boobs?

Thanks for the insight, I generally do lose it when I lose bodyfat but was just wondering if it doesn't all go away if nolva will help. I'll have to see what happens as I lose weight and try it.

The advice you are giving him is advice given to guys on cycles that develope gyno while on it. Those doses are used because there is such a high amount of androgens and estrogens in the body while taking AS. If this was just gyno from puberty I believ that you can use a much lower dose...also consider that the gyno has most likely been there for years. I have read (I think and article on the internet and in MD about puberty gyno and nolva use. They used either 50mg of Clomid or 10-20mg of Nolva on seperate patients that were developing gyno from puberty. They took it for months, and some had great recovery and some didnt, but either way, that is too high of a dose for somebody with normal blood levels. But again thats just my opinion. Still a sketchy subject because it most likely cant be cleared w/out surgery. Peace

3-5k without insurance. (ive seen it for less but, who knows who the doc was) Or go to the doc and say uve had it since puberty and its embarassing to the point where your antisocial.

I have a buddy that went to his doctor and said that he got the gyno from using those Prohoramones at GNC. He also told the doctor that he couldnt sleep because the pain was so horrible. The doc sent him to a surgion right away, but I havnt heard from him for a while, so I dont know what happened. I also had another buddy who got childhood gyno, and insurance covered most of the surgery. Normally 2-5k$ Good luck
