Alright guys I do really good all day with my dieting, But when 8pm comes around the cravings try to take over and I want to eat everything in the house, shit I will eat the house itself but I dont like the taste of wood and bricks. Some times they succeed, some times they dont. Anybody have any tricks as to surpress the appetite with out stimulants that will keep me up all night? If so, I appreciate it.
