I was looking into carb cycling and noticed most everyone around the web suggests using high days, moderate days, and low days. Different people seem to arrange them differently but I was wondering why you couldn't just have two variations.
Like high to low, or high to moderate, or moderate to low. Would there be any benefit to this? Or is it counterproductive or just plain ineffective? Just a thought and was seeing if i could get some insight from someone with more knowledge than myself.
