carb cycling suggestions

Planning a priming diet before I run the gear. I wanna lose some fat while increase muscle. Three low carb days followed by a high carb day (refeed).

Tdee 3004

This is tough to get the proper calories. What do u think? Whats my best option for low and high carb days???

In my opinion, if you're at a level in your training career that your're considering AAS, attempting to lose fat whilst increasing muscle mass will be difficult at best. This type of re-comp is usually reserved for newbie trainees.

That being said, I've had reasonable sucess carb/carlorie cycling during a cut and maintaining strength and muscle mass. My strategy was to focus high carbs and calories on workout days only with the majority of the carbs coming post-WO. Non workout days, carbs were restricted to <80 grams. In addition, non-workout days, total calories were in a deficit to maintenance.

Make sure you're weekly average calorie intake is sufficiently below maintenance to elicite the fat loss at the speed you desire.
