ok so recently i had a session with a personal trainer at my gym , he took caliper readings for me to determine my BF%, he also said each caliper reading ment something anyway one of them ment that i am carb senstive. he told me i should not eat any carbs because they will turn to sugar or some shit . so if i dont eat carbs how the F AM I MENT to grow and be lean at the same time

sorry he said i can eat vegies thats it not even complex carbs ??? i can understand no simple carbs but not even complex really ?

apparently one of the caliper readings i got i belive the scapula reading was high ( hold alot of fat in my back ) means that im carb sensitive so pretty much i cant eat any simple/complex carbs according to this guy ! i dont want to belive it but he said i wont ever get as shredded as i want if i do . who noes i mean naturally im pretty lean i have a 6 pack without trying it does my head in !

iv heard of this crap... basing your insulin sensitivity offa a caliper reading is retarded....

nothing works better then trial and error...

iv worked with hundreds of clients that have fat in that area and have successfully cut then with 150-200g carbs a day..

yes, reduce carbs thats fine....

but either reduce them or go keto.. and keto is the most difficult diet to follow mentally... so i usually steer my client to the PRN philosophy

eat carbs only when you need them..

that's usually bfast, pre and post workout.. that's it..
