i carb up every 2nd saturday...i call it a shitload...cause thats exactly what it is...i wanna jack up my metabolism so hard and fast that i eat anything and everything in sight...with slin of course...then the next day im 8-10 lbs heavier, 4-5 days later im 10-12 lbs lighter...the influx of carbs will make ur weight go up ans then when u come back to normal caloric intake it makes it easier for ur body to drop weight...
