Carbohydrate Timing? Burning Fat?

Genetics vs Carb Timing

Has it made a significant difference when cutting? Keeping carbs only pre/post vs small increments throughout the day.
 
Not so much timing as amount. Of course when you're on low intake, the majority of that needs to revolve around your training sessions though. This is much like the 6 meals/day vs 3 meals/day debate. It's all bullshit. Eat for your goals and get on with life.
