I am trying to loose alot of body fat... I have dropped from 330 to 270 using Diet ( eating 5 to 6 small meals a day and no food after 6:30 pm ) and exersise ( 30 min cardio and weight training 4 to 5 days a week) I have read some stuff about not mixing carbs and fat together.. Does any one have any information about this and any info on how many calories a day I should be taking in.
I also am taking protien shake in the morning and after my evening workout.
