I know that carbs from veggies are "Clean carbs" . When you are doing a cutting diet and trying to watch carbs, do veggie carbs count as much, or can you eat as many as you want???
You'd have to look at fiber content. Seriously eating 5 pounds of green beans per sitting does not appeal to me, even though I like them, so if you are eating fibrous greens I would not worry about eating too many at all.
