CARBS. Need quick help.

I am a very healthy eater, but I need to know which carbs are good, and bad for cutting.

Correct anything if necessary..........Add anything if I missed a good one.

Good for cutting- yams, beans, lentils, brown rice?

Also, which carb gives you more energy........

50g of bread, or 50g of beans? Do they give the same ammount of energy?

Check the carb sticky at the top of the page if you haven't already. From what I'm told, a carb is a carb. I personally think sweet potatos, yams, regular oatmeal etc... are acceptable carbs when cutting. I feel like they don't spike my insulin as much as say a bagel. I also think they last longer and keep me full for a longer period of time. Just my .02
