How would you rank these carbs?

Higher to Lower Glycemic Index.


  • Grits
  • Oats (original)
  • Polenta
  • Fresh Noodle
  • Pasta
  • Wheat Pasta
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Potatoe
  • Wheat Bread (not processed)
  • White rice (Long grain)
  • Basmati Rice
  • Brown Rice (not instant)
  • Semolina
  • Bulgur



_ All of the ingredients above does not have instant cooking option, so they keep their normal GI value.

_ Specific types of white rice were selected. Not applicable for medium grain, broken white rice, glutinous, risotto, jasmine rice because of their High GI value.
