cardio after leg day

EXTREME FASCIST
i train mon wed fri similar to pullinbig's routine on the deadlift sticky and i do cardio the 4 other days. today is tuesday, day after legs, and i did 30 minutes walking on the treadmill, i kept it at 3.0 at about 3% incline.
i get worried im tapping into recovery when i do cardio on sore legs.
should i skip it?

im not dieting anymore but trying something new. my goal is to add muscle/strength with little to no fat. i always eat clean, just more calories of my diet and i eat til im satisfied 6 times a day. i cut carbs after 6-7pm like dc style.
any opinions? thanks

i would skip the incline , sometimes LIGHT cardio gets the blood flowing into sore legs and speeds recovery

yeah i heard its called active recovery. i guess ill go for just a walk instead of a brisk one on an incline. ill save those for the other 3 days.

Yes, active recovery, for many athlets its a key thing. After a leg workout I dont do anything that builds lactat in my quads. First day after the legs I do something like 40 min crosstrainer (involves alot of muscles, but good balanced over all the body) and day two I can make some intens cardio eg. kickboxing session, skating or similar.
