hi im about 9.5% BF and im trying to just shed to rest asap and my cardio sched is 5x a week mon-fri 20-25 mins plus the cool down but what i do is take a speed for instance lets just say 5.5 run the whole week until i can make it 20 mins by friday then the next week run that rate everyday for 20 mins...now im wondering to get the very last bit of fat off would i benefit more from doing the same thing increasing the speed by about 1.0 every other week and doing it 20 mins or would doing this help by finding a rate this time lets say i go to 6.5 try it a whole week then that friday get 20 mins then rather then doing it a whole week of 6.5 20 mins would it be better for the next week to go to 7.5 and do that until i get 20 mins then so on and cut out the week where i do 6.5 for 20 mins 5x in a week?
