Cardio Question

If you do cardio 7 days a week for 30 minutes a session is that too much?
 
Not only do I not think it is too much, I think its a damn good idea.

I believe that we shouldn't abandon the notion that general good health should be an important goal.

I am not convinced that moderate cardio for 30 minutes every day will substantially limit gains. If it does limit gains at all, the amount by which it does so is justified by the health benefits and by the degree to which you will get (or stay) lean.

Maybe someone like Jay Cutler may think that while he is bulking off season, too much cardio may limit his ability to pack on weight, and he might say that 30 minutes every day is a bit too much. But most of us are not professionals, so I don't think we should pass on all the great benefits cardio offers in return for an additional pound or two.
