cardio while bulking

ok heres my deal, im 5 11" 180 lbs im constantly trying to bulk and add more muscle and i dont gain fat very easy. However i have a little xtra fat around the waistline from a couple cycles.

how much cardio is optimal to improve heart health and possibly get rid of my waistline fat without losing any muscle at all and trying not to burn any more calories than i have to????? also when should i do the cardio, i work out in the evenings.
