hey guys,
i had posted awhile back about my first cycle and got great advice .but i held off on starting since i had a tournament get thrown on me and didnt want to risk adding a unknown. know i will be starting right after my vacation nov.1 but i have been doing 4.2 miles of road work 3 days aweek and hitting my cardio days 2 times a week 2 5 minute blocks of none stop jumprope followed by hiit training that constantly increases every week.
i need to keep my cardio up but can stay out of any tournaments and competitions till next spring if i have to.
my question is can i keep that cardio and roadwork schedule up while on cycle or will it cause possible health issues? i know of several other famous atheletes that have been caught juicing and they are all cardio sports but i have no way of knowing how there trainers delt with there training.
any help or advice would be appreciated thank you.
