Cardio while on MASS cycle ?

Roush

I am banned!
I was thinking of starting a mass building cycle, consisting of ... 4iu day hgh (6 mos), 400 Mg wk Deca (10 weeks), and 600 mg wk test (12 weeks).. I'll be training and dieting for mass.
I'm an ectomorph with a fast metabolism. Currently 5"11 and 178 lbs, 11% BF... looking to get to 190+ by week 12.

Should I do ANY cardio at all during this cycle?

Note: My blood pressure has elevated since starting TRT.. from my normal 120/70 to 140/90. Was thinking some cardio, low salt diet, eating clean, etc.. would help keep the blood pressure down. But at the same time I don't want to burn off and limit my mass gains.
??

You dont wanna just cut out cardio. Limit a mile or two a week and keep eating. You should have no problem putting on 12 lbs in 12 weeks.

As far as your blood pressure goes man I would suggest maybe giving blood every now and then because increased hemotocrit can cause high blood pressure and aas even in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can elevate hematocrit. Also try out different foods and spices that can help with blood pressure and using those. I do and I can still look the part of a bodybuilder when im not strictly eating rice chicken and beef. Stay away from refined sugars helps a lot. Cutout caffeine also helps. If you want supplements then maybe 200mg CoQ10 might help. Just doing all the little things help. As far as the cardio thing I would seee how the body reacts. If you are getting to fat then add cardio. Alot of people still do it regardless because of heart health(like me). If thats the case and you arent gaining then simply bump up the calories by 200-300. After 2 weeks no change then up it some more. Its all on personal preference.

What good is it looking big and powerful, when one feels like they will tip over any minute with high BP and elevated HR?

Do the cardio for cardiovascular health, if nothing else. You won't miss out on any of the mass gains.

Focus on HITT.
