Cardio

I'm looking to burn as much fat as possible. I have read that walking for about 30min every morning on an empty stomach will burn fat faster than training late in the day. Now I am reading that everyone is doing HIIT. What exactly is that? Should I do that instead of walking for 30min in the morning?

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is generally high intesnsity cardio for shorter periods of time, like 20 minutes. You would do something like run your hardest for 1 minutes, then walk slowly for one minutes, followed by another minute of all out running.

I wouldn't go buckwild with "this type of cardio and that type of cardio". I would worry much more that your in a caloric defecit (burning > consumption).

cardio can get boring in the long run, but still very effective regardless. if you get tired from running/treadmills and all that, there are always other alternatives...like old school strength training.

this are for some who can't run due to reasons. try things

Agreed, do whatever you feel like or enjoy. As long as your burning more than you cosume you will lose weight.

is the thoery of early morning cardio to get your metabolism up early so your at a higher metabolic rate throughout the day? I dont knoiw the validity of that, but early morning cardio makes me more alert and in a better mood for the whole day, and its nice to "wake up" earlier and workout at night without worrying about doing cardio.
