In regards to timing of cardio, AM cardio with low intensity is the best for fat burning.

What if you dont do it in the AM? Would Post Workout be the best option?

Please give me knowledgeable answers.

I go with what best fits my schedule so I can get the max out of my efforts... but I also use my cardio for athletic training/endurance as well as fat loss/making weight.

ahh this could take forever to answer as there are so many valid answers.

in short, my opinion:

cardio, post-resistance training, is more beneficial as you allow maximal glycogen use (dont know your diet) for high-intensity training which of course requires this substrate more than cardio would (unless you are sprinting or running at fairly decent speeds).

Even then, your liver will convert excess adipose to glucose to replenish gylcogen stores used up in the liver.

I would lift heavy first.
