am i the the only one that starts to get a major head spin if i do cardio for more that 20 mins......


every time i do it i get this funny warm feeling all over and some times when i get off i get this high feeling like im floating on clouds.......


whats wrong with me.......... i really want to keep the cardio in my work outs to drop some B/F.....

but im getting a little scared....
 
Could be hypoglycemia, blood pressure prob's, hypoxia, vascular supply issues!!!! Bro......not trying to scare you butyoushould probably tell your fam doc asap!!!!
 
Yeah.....I would get to your doctor and get it checked out. As Drvj said, it could be many things, and speculation here is not going to help you any.
 
Do your cardio at a different time of day then when you do your workouts. This will more then likely fix the problem as I know someone who had this happen to him all the time. He switched and started doing his cardio at night which was quite awhile after his workouts as he did those in the mornings and he never got that light-headed feeling again.
 
That-Guy, well when I do cardio in the morning I sometimes get a little light headed but once I focus on a partiuclar object I get ok. Sprints are tough but awesome to drop a few more %. Might be because my glucose levels are at its lowest in the morning.
