I am in the military and at times I must run alot. I seem to put on weigth then lose it just as fast. It doesn't seem that my strenght goes down that much but I am really trying to keep the size. Any tips.
the answer is in the calories. when you are required to do the extra cardio, your caloric needs go up. If you dont eat more then you will lose the weight like you have been.
