cardio

wanting to see everyones cardio training.. maybe get some ideas for my own.
as of now just running a mile a day
 
I usually do low intensity cardio, 30 minutes right after workout at a heart rate of 130. When I start stalling on that, I bump of to 45 minutes. They say low intensity cardio saves muscle, but there's a lot of evidence to support just the opposite of that. Everyone works differently.
 
30 minutes of biking or incline walk post workout is where I'm at now. Bumped up from 20 mins. Looking to add HIIT on off days.
 
MMA is my favorite form of cardio but HIIT is good too do some car pushes and jumping rope is another good one.
 
well here in a bit im gonna try and run 30mins but im gonna take breaks i cant do it straight, ill let you all know how horrible it was after im done lol
 
I have read and heard a lot about doing little or no cardio while on cycle because of the added stress gear puts on the cardiovascular system. But i think its smart to some what work out the most important muscle in the body, The heart. I Am bulking right now, but i still do cardio 3 times a week. Just enough on the tread mill so that you can hold a conversation with the guy or gal next to you. Then i do my workouts!! Just my 2 cents, nothing more nothing less.
