Im tryin to lose some body fat... when using a cardio mahcine say the bike, whats the way to lose fat... set it at a low level and peddel hard??? or set it at a hard level and go medium? or do like the hill climb program which goes from easy level to hard randomly ?
 
honestly ive tried both ways and the best for "me" was pedal hard for 1 min at a high resistance, then pedal slow for 1 min at an easy resistance (interval training) Do this for 30-40 min and ur thighs will be fried
 
bah bike, try a glider or treadmill. usually for fat burn u want to go slower but with more resistance. il put the resistance on the highest for 20-30 mins. now im doing my cardio by swimming laps to give my knees some rest.
 
it dosen't matter what u do for cardio hit your target heart rate and keep it there for 30 + munutes. also done first thing in the morninig will help burn more fat as well
