Care to give me some advice on weight loss? Long ways to go.

Hello everyone I have been trying to make a positive change in my life. At one point I weighed 440lbs at 6'2'' and 28 years old very fat indeed I have now worked my way down -56lbs to 384lbs at 29 years old still very large but its progress... I sometimes wonder how I let myself get in this shape and why I see things so differently now and feel so much more dedicated to getting in shape. I have never taken any type of supplements, test, hgh, deer antler spray or anything of the sort! I was wondering if you guys can suggest anything that will help me lose this weight a little faster. I have a lot of fat to lose a long way to go for sure. Thanks for any suggestions.

for me test made a huge difference, have yours tested.

asside from that, check for food allergies like gluten, dairy, soy... inflammation will sabotage you every time.

then generically, cut way back, on the simple sugars and carbs in general- read the thread by 3J. We all simply consume way too many carbs. In fact, research shows that even bad fats arent as bad when combined with a lower carb diet.

Get the app myfitnesspal for your fone and start to know your calorie intake. it's an easy app and if you're honest with it, it'll help.

get active. walk, bike, go to the gym and DO something, anything.

you've made a great start.. get the blood tests and the app to start...

Cardio and diet. try HIIT and stop all your sugar intake just drink water and water only. eat lots of greens and stay away from fruits , fruits have lots of sugars in them. your doing good if you lost that much wiehgt already. good job bro and keep it going you will get where you want to be.
