Sorry chief. Never heard of it. Why'd you drop that kinda money on a supp without doing a little research?

because its new, and my guy at GNC gives me 20-25% discount sometimes. you never tried something new, everything is new at one time. its 5th gen creatine, I wanted to compare it to VPX CEX creatine.

ok, first of all M5 is a lot of money(89.99 @ GNC ). however, i am very happy w/ results. i just finnished first can and im looking to get more. let me put it this way, i trained for a solid 2 1/2 years before a rist injury, and my bench maxed out @ 195lbs. (flat) that was back in 2005. i just began to train again maybe 3 months ago, and i bought m5. i can now flat bench 225lbs 8-10 reps and max 275lbs. pretty f-ing sweet !!!!!!

M5 Extreme is Awesome

M5 has been one of my favorite supplements of all time. The very first time that I took M5, I thought that I was going crazy because my body didn***8217;t want to stop lifting. I think I worked out hard for like two hours straight. Since then its effect has worn off a little but there is still the feeling of not wanting to stop. As far as taste goes, it is no worse than any other pre-workout. I didn***8217;t get quite the same initial burst that I got when I took Black Powder, but I maintained my power and focus for longer. For a beginner I would not recommend taking more than 1 scoop per workout. As a changeup, you could get the Cellucor NO, and mix half a serving of NO and half a serving of M5 together. I found that this gave me huge pumps, and pretty comparable results to taking just M5. For more reviews check out top-supplement-reviews.com/cellucor-m5-extreme-review/

I had it today preworkout and thought it was great. I just had a sample pack. Gonna try the c4 next and no-extreme. To see which one I like best

wtf is this ^^^

anyway when i was an employee at GNC I was blessed to get an awesome discount and got that at a pretty solid price so i was able to work out pretty nice on it....still i don't like creatine blend products, i prefer the tried and true, with a occasional cycle of Creatine HCL (Con-Creat, Amp creatine 189) ect ect....but still can't beat good old mono
