What is the chain of command for the FDA? What is the process, or through what avenues does the FDA have to go through in order to ban a supplement?
Prime example: ephedra ban.
Who enforces the enforcement of the FDA?
How can no one have seen the political ramifications of the ephedra ordeal?
Can they just wake up one day, and say, "hey, lets ban some shit!!"
Who gets to oppose something they want to ban??
Some sites speaking on the ephedra ban talk about the FDA just wants to sell this and that at an inflated price...so they ban anything that works, so they can sell it...blah blah....
