changing it up

I am looking to change up my routine from what I am doing now which is completely random.

chest/triceps
cardio
back/traps/cardio
Abs/legs
cardio
biceps/shoulders/forearms

Cardio is gonna be treadmill,eliptical, or swimming laps(if that even counts) and one cardio day might be a rest day but I am going to keep my lifting routine like that for at least 4 weeks and see where that brings me....I wanna do enough so I can keep get the down as far as possible(body fat)

Any suggestions/problems with this?

Swimming is some of the best cardio around...if that even counts :p

so i can get the down as far as possible? I dont understand ur post. And why the traps twice, for most lifters you dont even need to do traps separately if doing your deads and other heavy back work.
 
ya i see that now i dont know why i did that but i will change it......i am pissed at the fact i look like shit bc of the body fat thing so i wanna do something so i can drop down to a point that makes me kinda happy....


I thought swimming was pretty good so think i should do some treadmill and swimming or just one?
