i was following a 5day routine for quite sometime now and was willing to change ,,it was day for shoulders ,,day2 chest,,3 bi and tri ..day4 legs,,day5 back,,,so any ideas ??
As far as I can tell, them PLs have more LBM size than the BBs. They just ain't cut. But good luck convincing PB to cut down to 10% bf. He's got his priorities, and I don't thinking walking around in a speedo is one of them.
