changing my routine

i was following a 5day routine for quite sometime now and was willing to change ,,it was day for shoulders ,,day2 chest,,3 bi and tri ..day4 legs,,day5 back,,,so any ideas ??
 
Plenty, but what's your goals??? Not every program is gonna be the key program for everyone, you've gotta figure out what works best for you.

As far as I can tell, them PLs have more LBM size than the BBs. They just ain't cut. But good luck convincing PB to cut down to 10% bf. He's got his priorities, and I don't thinking walking around in a speedo is one of them.
