Hey homies who enjoys a good cheat day while on a cycle??? I have the urge to just enjoy food away from normal routine. I was told and have been reading that this is possible when being on clen, because f the fat burning effect of the chemicals! Any opinions or experinces? :
Clen won't make up for a sloppy diet, but there's no reason to keep yourself from the occasional cheat meal, just make sure its in moderation. i.e. maybe twice a week eat whatever you want for a meal, that way you won't go crazy
Well, how dedicated are you to your goals. Unless your a lifting robotic machine theres no reason in hell you should worry about eating tasty foods now and then. Unless your trying to get your pro card or make money off your physique id relax a lil and enjoy some damn food.

im dieting for my first comp and its a killer im hungry and craving food every day
so once a week ill eat a cheat meal as a reward for all the effort i put in during the week.....it really helps to cause ive got more energy for the start of my next training week and it breaks the mental monotany of eating bland foods day in day out...
when bulking, there is no such thing as a cheat meal for me, they pretty much all are(within reason), but when dieting, thats up to my trainer....and I think she hates me....
i have been also dieting for a while and eating really strict. This thread has gave me the motivation to get off my ass and go to wendy's! thanks redman!
