Check my PCT?

Plannin on a 10 week cycle:
1-8 tren ace
1-10 prop

for PCT I have Nolva and Arimidex. Was planning on a 40/40/20/20 on the nolva and .5 mg on the Arimidex.

Gonna work? Just wanna get my PCT prepped before the cycle ends.

i have been trying to research and some people are saying 50mg everyday for 4 weeks starting 2 weeks after last pin.

what does 100,100,50,50 mean exactly? sorry for my noobness lol. I AM HERE TO LEARN!

Any particular reason for the preference of Clomid over Nolva? I take it that this willwork for post cycle therapy (pct), but that you would use Clomid instead.
