Lift or go home!
Okay, I'm not sure if this in the right forum and if not, sorry. Back when I was lifting regularly the left side of my chest seemed to have more definition on the inside than the right side. I kept the weight moderate and controlled it but I'm wondering if it has something to do with my spine, was I lifting wrong, too much weight, or who knows what. If you have any clue or have experienced this please help.

Any previous injuries? How long have you been training for? Did you notice that one side of your body was stronger then the other?

I had a collar bone fracture about 5 years ago on my weaker side. It always seemed my stronger side was the right side. I say that because when i would do curly or skull crushers it would be my left side giving out first. And with my chest it was pretty dead even. Any suggestions on how to fix such a problem?

sounds more like the genetic shape of your muscle..there is NO way you can get more definition on just one side of the body...

the only thing you can do is just grow your chest..unless you are ready to step on stage or are a big time fashion model i really wouldnt worry about symmetry since its prolly something no one would even notice if you had ur shirt off at the beach

I have been developing my left pec more than my right one due to bad form. I was putting my right elbow in and my left elbow out. So I used my left pec more, and my right delt more. I'm trying to improve that problem.
