Cornflake Chicken: ingredients: boneless,skinless chicken breast (cut into strips), flour, egg whites, cornflakes, & mrs. dash spices (your choice of flavor). one bowl with flour and mrs. dash mixed together, one bowl with whites, one bowl with cornflakes crushed. Take chicken, roll it in the flour, then roll it in the white, then rol...l it in the cornflakes. Spray cookie sheet with Pam, add the chicken to sheet, bake at 350 until chicken is done, between 20-30 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken strips. Its a change from boring, plain chicken.
