Chicken ???

Is there a difference in any nutrients if I buy bulk frozen chicken at coscto or the fresh stuff at the supermarket.

I always buy frozen chicken. I remember hearing someone saying that frozen veg is fresher than normal packed due to the fact all the goodness in the frozen with the veg. I hust assumed this is the case with chicken. The same question could be ashed about canned tuna and fresh, i gotta say I've had no probs with canned.
But IMO I dont think theres much of a difference just the shelf life.
