Depends on what you are ordering.

China is always risky to order from to begin with, but I've heard powders are getting through...depending on the source and their packaging.

Anything else from China, I'd say no.

It really depends on the packing as well as who you order from and what you are ordering. The SARS scare has died down alot and we are not on a high terror alert so things are a little better than the were a couple months ago.

I'm sure you could probably get powders/pills........small pkgs. for that fact but I seriously doubt one could get a nice sized order that would even constitute the prices in going overseas!
