That yogurt has a ton of sugar. But i would think it would also depend on what time of day..how active you are going to be that day...and how much more sugar you are going to eat that day. I would say if your eating it before working out or being active...and its basically the only sugar you are taking in ..its not goin to kill ya!
I buy the "fage" greek yogurt in the largest size...one cup only has 9 grams of sugar...and a ton of protein. Add a little honey and it tastes great...
