has anyone tried this method...

from what i gather it involves moving from one exercise to the next with little to no break time. once 5-6 different exercises are completed that is one set. People usually do 3-4 sets of the whole thing.

the only reason i ask is a bodybuilder who goes to my gym is always preaching about circuit training... and he has EXTREMELY low bf on a frame probably 5'10" 210-220
 
Not for bodybuilding, it means going from one station to another with no other breaks than walking your ass over there. Its a substitution for doing cardio.

I did HST but I wont do circuit training, they are relatively close in some aspects.
 
circut training is tough in a busy gym also. you tie up to many stations which isnt fair to the other members. if you got a home gym fine.
