hi everybody!
just a quick question:
had my half yearly blood test done just right now and my ck value (creatin break down) is up at 334 while the reference range is only up to 190.
So do you guys know any supps that will decrease the ck cuase I start feeling drained and powerless.
any input greatly appreaciated
