CLA Fat Burners???

Hey ladies! ... Missed you all.... I've been really busy helping 3J run the network...and in the mean time gained some belly fat (eeeek!) ...

I used to dance 35-40 hours a week when I was in production, but have a hard time burning as many calories now a days!

I'm intrigued to try CLA...do any of you ladies have experience with it?

Do you recommend anything else to help me burn fat more efficiently?

also.. I wanna know..

Does it make you moody?
Does it effect menstruation?
Does it effect sleep cycles?

Pros?

Cons?

I appreciate any help/advise ladies

Hi,

I have used CLA in the past and to be honest it made no real difference. I'm sure it does burn some fat to a degree, but nothing scalable IMHO. I'm sure you know, the real thing is the diet and training. If you're not dancing 35-40hrs a week, you just need to eat less, that or do some intense training that will eat up lots of calories in a shorter space of time.

In my experience, the only thing that aided me short term (for contest prep) was the use of OTC fat burners. But I don't think those are needed either. ;)

SO I'm not a lady by any stretch. i do have experience with CLA. It's not as good as the hype around it but it is a nice aid in the fight. As you are well aware nothing will make up for a good diet with unpasturized foods and free range meats.
 
Thanx DPR ... i've started up at the gym with 3J again so hopefully that and the diet will be more than enough... thanx again
