Cla???

CLA has been toted recently in Flex and M&F, not to mention Ironman. It seems to me that i may have benefits, but realistically its benefits are minute and not trult significant. Anyone find that CLA has been an extremly useful supplement? Just curious, as I used it for about 3 months and it didn't really seem to contribute greatly to anything!
 
I might need to try that, I got some CLA as a gift (yes odd I know) and I don't want to just chuck it, but if it doesn't do shit why bother. I'll have to try that stack. Thanks a lot
 
A friend of mine tried it, worked pretty good for him, but he needed to have a better diet then he had. But i have to say yes, it works
 
how much did u use? you need to take 10+ grams a day. i was doing 13.5 (from 18 1000mg gels) a day and i liked it.
