clean bulk diet advice please?

hi!

im almost 20 and i have been lifting on and off for the past 2 years, i have recently stopped going to the gym with my workout partner after a fallout (because he chose a lying bitch over a 10year friendship) anyway i have joined a gym closer to home now so i can go whenever i want . so i really want to get serous and i have got all my supplements together that i need but obviously diet is the most important thing so i am just looking for some advice on calories etc..

i am 5,8-141lbs :( and as far as i know its 1.5g-2g of protein per lb of body weight? and for a bulk i read that your supposed to exceed your calorie needs by like 500? not too sure :/

also does my diet need to be 6 solid meals or can it be like 4 solid meals and 2 meals being made up of a protein shake and some fruit or something? also

This forum has a lot of good info. U can take out a lot of the guesswork by working w 3j. He'll ask all the ?s to build a diet for 'you' and 'your goals'. I've been w him for 6 weeks, and so very close to my goal. He hit my diet needs right on the spot. He decreased the amount of workouts I was doing and I'm saving money on food since I was buying too much food for what I thought was working in my 'guessing' diet. Check out his website...for me its the best money ever spent for a working diet that he monitors twice.weekly.
